A fault in any part of the air conditioning / ventilating system will actually show up as an unsatisfactory temperature or operating condition. Such symptoms may include:-

• System does not run
• System runs all the time; temperature are too cold or hot regardless of thermostat position.
• System does not maintain desired temperature indoors when outdoor conditions are very high (Summer) or very low (Winter).
• System leaks water
• System noisy
